Presently we do not store any data about you. Chess H5 app settings are currently stored locally on your device. The Chess H5 app will record audio from you when the app is providing you with the 'voice move' service. Please note we don't store these recordings and have no plans do so in the future. We are automatically provided meta data when our Chess H5 app connects to our back-end servers and websites when we provide users with the multiplayer/online player game sevice. Note this data is the typical stuff your browser sends to a website when you browse online. This data is not kept permanently. Any changes in the future will be reflected in the privacy policy.
We will only ask for information, personal or otherwise, when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
